APPLICATION SUPPORT MANAGERS
Your front-line surgical support, the Application Support Managers (ASMs), provide training for all of our capital equipment systems and work with our network of experts to determine best-practice solutions and surgical success.
Armed with hands-on product experience and advanced clinical understanding, our medical directors support you with escalated clinical issues by phone or through on-site assistance. These surgeons resolve patient-specific problems, identify and solve patient outcome issues and recommended device settings — all with convenient efficiency and efficacy.
GLOBAL MEDICAL AFFAIRS TEAM
Our Global Medical Affairs team works with the ASMs and medical directors to manage clinical escalation and oversee maintenance, product surveillance and compliance. Our Global Medical Affairs team commits countless hours to research and answers customer questions regarding our products, whether in a first-response or urgent and escalated clinical capacity.
